Sukiyaki can be prepared in the Hot-pot style or as a dry version. The most popular is the Hot-pot version as you will find many roadside or chain restaurants will offer this dish in Thailand. You will order one or more that will be placed in the middle of your table and will allow you to share the meal with your family and friends. Like other Asian countries, Thailand has its own take on the hot pot which is known as sukiyaki. You can choose your ingredients (beef, pork, chicken, or vegetarian) and raw vegetables. Taste of Thailand will show you how to prepare our own hot pot meal right at home with ingredients you can get at your local asian market!
